so the windows occasional "there are unused icons on your desktop" reminder popped up today, and i figured i would entertain it and look at what was "unused"......
right in the middle of the list "ET:QW used: NEVER" where are our valley rush tactics? where is our indoor shooting domination? what have we let our epic and lore inspiring salvage holds become?!?!

I wore my Stroyent t-shirt yesterday. A few weeks ago I was wearing it with shorts and flip-flops. My gf wanted an impromptu date, so she put on a nice dress and we went out to a nice restaurant. While we were walking there, I made some comment about some place lacking class. "Honey, you're wearing a shirt that says '100% human meat' on it."

Ribald, and classic! I just ran across both of my Stroy t-shirts doing laundry. They are peppered and pocked with greasy memories of pizza-while-shooting UDP goodness. QW just died off too soon, le sigh. Good stuff.
I am thinking we need a shooter that better supports our numbers, like a good 2v2 game, because playing BF2 it was pretty clear that it's hard to get and keep more than 4 of us engaged for any appreciable length of time (and i realize I'm a part of that problem).

I get too drunk which makes me even worse at the game, which results in me deciding to stop playing because I'm getting pissed.
Well ya see, Norm, its like this... a herd of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest buffalo. And when the herd is hunted it is the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first. This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members. In much the same way,the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest cells. Excessive intake of alcohol, as we know, kills brain cells. But naturally, it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first. In this way, regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine. Thats why you always feel smarter after a few beers.
